Market Validation

Well, since we've done validating on the employee side last several weeks on how useful this concept to them. We were then planning to validate to the potential employers for there insights about our start up concept and gain some advices on how we can improve our concept. Last couple of weeks, our team talked about who to be interviewed with or what institution and business firms to be interview. We also discussed on what type of interview will be take into place, if still the same as last time trough google forms or we will do it in virtual interview?. For formality, we will send a letter consent to our chosen companies and institutions, and we will wait for there response before doing so. That's the plan!. But as of the moment, we haven't validate yet any companies and institutions because we still deciding and to be honest, it's hard to reach out on them because we don't have any connections to relay our concerns and due to this pandemic it adds more difficulty for us to reach out to them. But we will try our best to hopefully do validation to these potential employers so we will able to know there preference.

Lecture Series

It was nice to hear with these kind of discussion to educate us slowly in entrepreneurship world. Certainly, through lecture series, it would be really helpful for us as a learners that we could get some pieces of advise and knowledge about business for our progress. Though I am an engineering student yet it is still be better to have knowledge in this craft and to try some thing that will surely useful for the future. Even in middle of this circumstances, we still able to learned a lot of stuff like this that give us ideas about what to do for the future.

For lecture series 2, we were taught about how to rightly form a business team. In forming a team, one must be strategic and be selective about who to be partnered with. This lecture series was basically focusing more on picking the right business team or partners. It's not about randomly choose anyone just because your friends, relatives or what but choose a business piers that will help you both grow in business, every member should have to complement as a team, collaboration must be there, each members should have a respective role and function, and most of all you must share the same goals for your business. An it was also been discussed in this lecture about being equipped before putting up a business venture. If you have a plan of building a business, there always a systematic process to follow like preparing a capital and a lot more.
